| Please use the FCF Preliminary Application for “FCF-only” projects seeking no other resources from the Commonwealth. For FCF projects seeking any other capital resources from DHCD, please submit a full DHCD Preliminary Application plus FCF addendum with copies to DHCD and CEDAC as well as MRC, DMH or DDS. The DHCD Preliminary Application can be found on the DHCD website www.mass.gov/dhcd prior to DHCD’s rental rounds. |
