Finance and HR Manager
Carolyn Williams has been a member of the CEDAC finance team since 2003 when she started as the part-time Accountant. Her role has grown into a full time position as Finance and HR Manager, overseeing the monthly and year-end statement work, audit prep, annual budgeting, payroll, benefits and HR.
Work experience before joining CEDAC includes the roles of Senior Accountant and Office Manager for a variety of closely held businesses.Carolyn also worked as an independent accountant for several years. In a major career move, she decided to leave the world of small family enterprise and devote her work efforts to where her heart lies, in the non-profit community.
Carolyn has a BFA in Art Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After leaving her teaching position and joining the business world, she expanded her finance education at Bentley College, Harvard Extension School and through membership in professional associations.
