Most program coordinators are often faced with the task of evaluating the effectiveness of their outreach programs. This workshop seeks to introduce participants to a range of evaluation methods relevant to community-based programs. Participants will learn to prepare an evaluation plan that sets reasonable expectations about what you can and cannot measure given your resources and time. Evaluation plans are often a requirement of grant proposals.
