Pearl Chan

Pearl Chan is the Operations Associate at CEDAC.  Currently, she provides support in predevelopment lending for both housing and child care projects. She also provides general support of multiple functions of the office and for Children’s Investment Fund.

Pearl joined CEDAC in June 2012 as the Operations Intern. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Simmons University.
