Investing in Spaces for Children

Massachusetts is only the second state in the nation to make capital bond financing available for early childhood education and out-of-school time facilities. Thanks to the Early Education and Out of School Time (EEOST) Capital Fund, over $15 million has been awarded to 21 projects across the state since 2014.
