Assessment Tools Training

This Assessment Tools training will focus on soft skills/job readiness
assessment tools used in workforce programs for screening and
evaluating participants. These skills are often difficult to assess.

There will be discussion and activities on using tools that help to
assess a participant’s readiness to become employed and how to
assess their “soft skills” (teamwork, problem-solving, conflict
resolution). The training will not focus on hard skills or literacy
assessments.
