MBE & WBE Self-Evaluation for DHCD OneStop Submissions

On January 6, 2022, CEDAC hosted a webinar to review the Self-Evaluation Form for MBE & WBE Utilization which was included in DHCD’s 2022-2023 Qualified Allocation Plan.  Developers requesting funding from DHCD are now required to submit this form along with their OneStop funding application.

Maximizing Participation of MBES IN Affordable Housing Construction

On March 8, 2022, CEDAC partnered with Travis Watson, Director of Racial Equity and Community Engagement at MHIC, to host a webinar with the aim to equip developers with strategies and best practices to increase the participation of MBEs and workers of color during the direct construction phase of an affordable housing project.

NeighborWorks Housing Solutions also hosted a recent forum on increasing diversity in construction and development. Check out the PowerPoint slides from the May 5, 2022 forum.

CBH Design Requirements: An Update

After 15 successful years of the Community Based Housing program, CEDAC, DHCD and MRC have worked with Davis Square Architects to update and clarify the CBH design guidelines. SUMMARY OF UPDATED FCF-DDS DESIGN GUIDELINES
