In INSITES this week, CEDAC announces that we approved over $11.5 million in early stage project financing to 16 non-profit community development organizations across Massachusetts in the second quarter of 2021. This strong lending performance in the second quarter supports a variety of affordable housing projects that are tailored to the needs of communities from Boston and Worcester to Northampton.
