The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) staff planned the itinerary of the tour to all of the regions of the state, and Undersecretary Jennifer Maddox, Kate Racer, representatives of sister state housing agencies, private lenders and investors, and other state and local officials accompanied the Secretary.
